The incident happened at novella square on the 29th on May 10.30pm.

One of the customers was chatting with her friends. She did not even notice or hear the shutter was completely close.
She began to panicked and look for an exit. A group of students happen to walk past KFC and notice the people trapped inside.
The students contacted the police and the mall security. But the people that trap inside manager to find a back door by 11.15pm. The customers leave before the police arrives.
KFC has apologize for the mistake and wants to compensate them with a free meal.
