A mother shared an unfortunate experience at KK woman’s and children’s hospital. Her child had a 40 degree and was sent by the screening staff to the “covid area” instead of the emergency room despite telling the staff that both of them were tested negative for COVID.
The woman waited for almost an hour and it turns out she was sent to the wrong area after a nurse told her that the area is for COVID patients.
