Getting stuck in the lift could be the most horrifying experience for some people, especially for those with claustrophobia.

An elderly man was stuck in a lift halfway before arriving on the ground floor, a lady who saw this calms down and comforts the elderly man until the serviceman arrives.
The man gave the thumbs-up sign stating that he is ok. The lady then helps called the serviceman for rescue.
The serviceman took a minute or two before he was able to open up the lift.
