Facebook user Ling Ling recently posted on the Facebook page Complaint Singapore after stating her displeasure on the service of a laundry company at Boon Lay Drive.

I would feel like posting my complaint here as about i & my hubby bringing our laundry to one laundry name laundrymart located at boon lay drive, but this shop the company email address is under www.oceanwash.com.sg. today afternoon we bring down 4 big bags of clothes, 2 for drying n 2 for washing. My hubby starts to input those 2 bags of clothes in the dryer machine in machine 3 n 2 bags of clothes into washer 3 n washer 4 after that he went to exchange for coins n input into the machine to start washing.
After a 41mins of waiting the dryer clothes hv done n we hv pack up n 5mins later the washer 3 n 4 clothes is done too so we shifted the washer clothes into dryer machine 3 n input the amount of 7 dollars as of 46mins of drying. As after My hubby later come to collect the dryer clothes, my clothes is already being taken out from the machine as is in not in their laundry bin n is in other ppl used laundry bag.
My hubby do call oceanwash management to seek enquiries of y our clothes is being taken out as the management do mention that they hv a grace period plus minus of an extra 10 mins. During this raining period n management should know that ongoing will hv lots of customers, they should provide more laundry baskets for customers to input into it. Below is the bags that the customer use it to contains all our bedsheets n clothes too. Suddenly do pop out of the management cleaner name Nancy n she mentioned to my hubby that clothes that is done n not yet taken out, other ppl hv the right to take out n other customers can use it.
Wat we dislike is that instead of this Nancy come n tok my hubby this issue, she went to stand outside the shop n telling other ppl how other also do the same here. In this washing incident that happen yesterday , I hv lost one of my bb mitten. We hv search everywhere but unable to found it. So angry n disappointed on this matters.
