According to an Instagram post by Finance Minister Lawrence Wong Singapore is expected to further open up and allow dining of up to 5 pax from July 12.
In his post he highlighted that the Multi-Ministry Taskforce will confirm and release the details soon.

“Shared in Parliament that we expect to open up further from 12 July to allow larger groups of five people to dine together. The Multi-Ministry Taskforce will confirm and provide more details soon.
In light of this, the enhanced Jobs Support Scheme (JSS) will continue at the present 50%/30% funding levels until 11 July. Thereafter it will be tapered to 10% for two weeks until 25 July.
Besides the JSS, we have rolled out many other measures to help our workers and businesses. I hope these measures will provide some help during these challenging times.”
