A video of Lawrence Wong being “arrowed” to answer questions during a press conference has taken the meme-niverse and social media by storm.

A reporter was posing a question to the Multi Ministry Taskforce when Ong Ye Kung glanced at Gan Kim Yong, who then glanced at Lawrence Wong, to answer the question.
