On 1 February 2021, according to the Senior Minister of State for Health, at this point in time vaccine supplies are of limited stock, even people travelling out of Singapore with valid reasons will have to queue and wait for their turn to get COVID-19 vaccine.

Singapore government are now considering to allow family members of an ill person staying overseas to take the vaccine before their turn arrives.
With limited supplies left, they have to prioritise staffs fighting at the frontline and senior citizen first fro vaccination.
The option of “cutting queue” will only be allowed after the supplies of Vaccine increase in Singapore.
