A netizen posted photos of his irresponsible neighbour who threw all this rubbish out of their home and all over the floors.

Last time rubbish chute inside home but now new flats rubbish chute outside and this is what we get.
Rubbish chute from inside the home was much-much better in many ways. It just needs to be vacuum tight! At least irresponsible people have to tolerate their trash in their own homes.
This is also much safer than having to go out which most times people don’t lock their doors in the process.
These kinds of people I really don’t understand. Why must they be like that? Can’t they think of others? Just throw it in! how hard can that be? Or maybe they are moving house or something but yet can ask hdb/Town Council to arrange for someone to come and get rid of the things ma.
In other words. It’s just ashamed!
