LLAOLLAO S’PORE FORGOT TO REMOVE PERSONAL MSG IN REPLY TO CUSTOMER, CALLS HER “NASTY”

A netizen shared that she bought a cup of yogurt from Llaollao Singapore’s outlet at Great World City on 30 November.

The woman said that her husband took an extra spoon as she was paying for the yogurt and she was then charged an additional $0.50 for it.

She said that there were no indications for the extra charges and that if she had known it costs $0.50, she wouldn’t have taken it.

The woman then wrote to Llaollao’s Instagram @llaollao_sg via direct messages to make a suggestion to the company to inform customers about the additional charges.

“I’m replying the nasty customer”

The customer service agent, presumably forgot to remove her own personal message when she answered the woman.

The first line of the agent’s message reads: “I’m replying the nasty customer,” before going on to explain that they care about the environment and rate working hard to do their part for the environment.

The woman then replied Llaollao, “lol how am I nasty when you are not even clear with your extra charges my goodness.”
