Facebook user Atalia Nyx recently posted on Facebook how an employee had his contract cancelled suddenly without even giving the one weeks notice which was agreed in the employment contract. The employer did not pay salary and CPF as well.

Here is the full story.
“I worked for IRONRAFT (https://www.ironraft.com) from 15 June when suddenly my contract was cancelled on 15 July by Erick Lee Gyunbin – without one week’s notice as per contract, and did not state ANY reason/cause at all.
They said they will pay half my salary on 15 July (they did), and the other half on 15 Aug.
But they paid less than what I’m owed in the 1st half of my salary (15 July).
The contract also stated that they will pay CPF, but I was paid no cpf for my one month’s work.
When I emailed the company and Erick on 16 July asking for cause/cpf/ one week’s notice in lieu – they did not reply at all.
As for 17 Aug, still no pay, cpf, one week’s notice in lieu, and the shortchanged amount from my 1st half of salary.
SO FCKING SICK OF THESE MANY FRAUDULENT AND UNETHICAL COMPANIES THAT JUST CHEAT YOU, SNEAK AWAY AND NOT PAY YOU YOUR SALARY!
I will go to MOM. But DO NOT work for this company! They will not pay you. They are hiring some headcount on job sites I saw.”
