Instagram page @xiaoypofsingapore posted a video a few weeks ago, showing a group of schoolboys, sharing a cigarette.

Captioned “getting high with cigarette (sic)”, the schoolboys could be seen sitting around at a void deck illegally indulging in the cancer stick.
It is unclear who the boys are and which school they are from.
