He hugs the pillow on the escalator and proceeds to a cafe.
He even goes to the extent of buying a drink for the pillow.
After ordering a drink for the pillow, he took a selfie with a pose and smiles at the camera.
He started a conversation with himself with the pillow but the only reply he is hearing is in his head.
