I was at Block 618 Yishun St 61 for an appointment and very unfortunately I dropped my wallet by the side of my vehicle. Pretty sure I drop it there because I was still having it when I was in the car.

In the video from my dash cam, it shows this man holding onto my wallet. And cctv footage from coffeeshop also shown this man making a detour and picked the item up.
As there are some pretty important stuffs in the wallet. I do hope the Netizen can help identify this man or happen to know this guy.
