On Feb 24 at about 6.59 pm, a car and a lorry were about to turn left at the CTE highway exit to Balestier Road when the accident happened.

The lorry was at the outer lane and the car was on its left. When both were turning left at the same time, the lorry went straight to the car’s lane and knock the car to the side railing.
