A video emerged online showing a lorry stopping in the middle of the expressway, blocking off traffic.

The lorry had purportedly skidded across to lane 2 and lane 3.
It then caused a Mazda to swerve and crash into a taxi.
The accident happened on the KPE on 19 August at around 9am.
