Low Thia Khiang, the former leader of the Worker’s Party, was seen in a picture posted by current leader Pritam Singh. Low seemed to have lost much weight and many supporters have left well wishes.
During a recent meeting which they had together, Singh stated that Low is in good spirits. The message which was posted on Singh’s Facebook page garnered 10,000 likes and 400 comments in less than a day.
Low, 63, fainted at home suddenly in April and was treated in the Intensive Care Unit. He was later transferred to the general ward and discharged on May 21. In an earlier interview, Low said that his sense of taste and smell were affected due to his injury.
Low did not stand for the last election but he was still helping the Worker’s Party behind the scenes.
