M1 CUSTOMERS CLAIM CHEAT. CLAIMS SCAM

Dear M1,

Advertisements

First, your system rejects the request to purchased data plan. And when my fiance tries to do it again by restarting the phone and sending the request, it doesn’t works and deduct all the account balance from S$11.35 to S$0.01 with your costly data price of S$2.00 per MB for MCard.

When he called in your customer service, your staff refuse to provide a refund and insist he do another top up to continue using your service because the User is supposed to turn off the Mobile Data every time before purchasing the data plan.

Now when we do a top-up of S$18.00 for the 500mb free data as advertised, your system cheats him by not giving him the free data. So is this a scam?
