At around 6.00am Wednesday morning (19 October 2016), a piece of divider joined at the highest point of a Circuit Road HDB close 51 tumbled off and crushed into the ground floor. Luckily, no occupants were in the region when the episode happened however it has stunned inhabitants who were shocked that such a mischance could even happen.

Sometimes you wonder how can HDB build so fast? I believe this is the 2nd kind of similar incident this year. Are we safe from the current contractors HDB is using to build our homes?
