The user also shared that they spoke to the helper’s previous employer, discovering that a similar issue led to her departure, although the previous employer chose not to report the matter to avoid complications.

We have just found out that our helper has been going out every night, about from 12am to 2am and will come back at about 4am to 5am.
She has a boyfriend and we suspect she always overnight at a hotel with her boyfriend.
We actually like her very much and we trusted her with all our heart. It is so upsetting to see her doing this.
We have yet to talk to her, because we wanted to give her a chance to stop on her own.
We left subtle hints to try to get her to realise that we already know, but it seems she really thinks we are stupid – she is still doing it. I am determined to send her home.
We spoke to her previous employer and realise this is the same reason why they send her home. Unfortunately, they did not report her as they didnt want any hassle.
May I know if her doing breaks MOM rules and where can I read up officially about this rule? We would like to report to MOM as well and get her barred.
