A maid was caught by her employer after stealing more than $8,000, $5,002 were hidden in her vagina.
A body search was conducted at Changi Women’s Prison, the $5,002 was placed inside a sanitary pad and wrapped with a plastic bag before inserting it into her vagina.
Bajo Nelgielyn Bobita, a 28-year-old Filipino will be facing 16 weeks in jail for two counts of theft.
What happened?
On the 22nd Feb, Bajo was cleaning the house and search her employer’s room for something that is worth money.
She found a safe in her employer’s room and later found a key along with the pin number, she successfully unlocked the safe and stole $3,000 of cash.
Two days after the theft, she went to Lucky Plaza and send $1,500 back to the Philippines.
On the 6th of March, she took $5,002 from the safe again but this time the employer found out about the missing cash.
The employer made a police report and Bajo was arrested on the same day.
