A video emerged online showing a maid carelessly letting a couple of children under her care running off on their own.

The incident was captured on the dashcam of a car that had to brake after one of the children ran onto the middle of the road.
One of the kids then ran onto the middle of the road while the red light was still on, forcing the camcar driver to brake his vehicle to avoid a collision.
The panic-stricken maid then chased after the boy across the road and thankfully no one was hurt in this incident.
The incident happened on 15 February at a traffic stop along Edgedale Plains, at about 6.17pm.
