MALTESE LEFT TO DIE AT PET LOVERS TOA PAYOH. SPCA APPEAL FOR INFORMATION

SPCA is appealing for information of an abandonment of a male maltese. It was found outside Pet Lovers Centre at Blk 177 Toa Payoh Central on the morning of May 31.

It was left in a basket in its own faeces. The dog was found in a very unhealthy state. The dog passed away even after receiving veterinary treatment.

SPCA is offering a $1000 reward for anyone who can provide them with information leading to the prosecution of the person responsible.
