SINGAPORE — A 23-year-old man was found dead at the foot of a Housing Board block in Yishun on the morning of April 28, in a case that police are currently investigating.
The Singapore Police Force confirmed that they were alerted to the incident at around 6am at Block 350 Yishun Avenue 11. The case was initially reported as a suspected fall from height.
Upon arrival, the man was discovered lying motionless at the base of the block. Paramedics from the Singapore Civil Defence Force pronounced him dead at the scene.
