According to the media release, a dispute between a female landlord and a couple occurred on the 13 May 2020 at one of the shophouses located along Guillemard Road. The female landlord has accuse the male tenant of molesting after the tenant refused to clean up her apartment before moving out.
On the day of the incident, the woman was seen grabbing the man by his hand requesting him to clean up their rubbish before leaving. In the process, she was heard accusing the male tenant of molesting her by placing his hand near her breast.
According to the media, the dispute was caused by the tenant intentionally destroying some furniture in the apartment. They had also left behind a lot of rubbish in the unit. Out of desperation, the female landlord decided to accuse the male tenant of molesting in order to get the couple to clean her apartment before leaving.
