The male employer who insisted that he did not commit the crime was unjustified for three years, and he was finally found innocent. The judge listed four major doubts and dismissed the charges of the maid, and acquitted the male employer.

He faced four accusations of molest, alleging that he broke into the maid’s bedroom at night from August 2015 to March 2017, molested the Filipino maid’s breasts and thighs, and kissed her neck. He pleaded not guilty and was acquitted after trial.

According to the closing statement of the defense attorney Abakri, the maid worked in the defendant’s bungalow from October 30, 2014 until July 9, 2017.

The maid confessed that after the defendant’s pet dog passed away in August 2015, the defendant often broke into her room in the middle of the night to assault her, and as many as 11 to 12 times in the past two years.

When the judge made his ruling yesterday, he listed four major doubts:

1) The maid’s confession describing the incident was inconsistent. One time, she told the police that the defendant squatted and assaulted her, but when she went to court to testify, she accused the defendant lying on her body, which made her mistakenly believe that she had passed away. Pet dog.

2) After the maid was assaulted, she chose to renew her contract in 2016;

3) The maid said that she would yell loudly every time she was assaulted, but no one heard the screams, whether it was the defendant’s daughter and wife who slept in light sleep, or her daughter’s boyfriend who often followed drama all night.

4) The maid did not disclose the defendant to the defendant’s daughter who was close to him for two years, and did not notify the intermediary, but she “complained” to the boyfriend of the defendant’s daughter on April 7, 2017 and waited three months before calling the police.

On the other hand, the defendant insisted from the beginning to the end that he did not molest the maid. He also argued in court that the hiring of a maid was handled by his wife. He usually worked late and returned home and rarely had direct contact with the maid.

Based on the above reasons, the judge believes that the maid’s confession is not credible and the accusation of molest assault is unfounded.
