A video was recently uploaded by Facebook user Chong Chin Min on “A group where we pretend to be YP bengs” Facebook Group showing a man having a dispute with another man at a HDB car park.

From the video, the man was heard admitting that he used to be an old-time gangster belonging to the “Kee Leng Hor” gang.
It is unsure when and what triggered the incident but it was believed that the man allegedly lay his hand on the man who is taking the video.
