😡

Any feeders at Redhill near foodcentre blk 8* just saw this man behaving very suspiciously and saw a tabby cat running away (edit he was 1/2 sec behind it). He keep circling the void deck and when ask is he trying to scare the cats he pretends not to know what i am talking about. Pls help to share this and ask the feeders here to keep a very close watch on the cats and this guy.Edit: a palm size stone was found near the letter box where he was circling around and the feeder confirmed such stones has been found around the area and some cats were limping. I had a file that contain work that i am doing and he walked around to see what it is. When confronted he deliberately ignore what was ask and pretended.i was.saying something else. Those who commented that this person may be senile and those who say i am inciting hate, i CANNOT believe that a thread to raise awareness and vigilence can result in such biasness and disregard for the seriousness of this.
