MAN ALLEGEDLY CHANTING GANG POEM & START FIGHT INSIDE CLUB, POLICE CALLED

A fight purportedly broke out inside Vox Club, a club near Clarke Quay on 11 July, with the police being called in.

The incident happened at Central Mall along Magazine Road near Clarke Quay, according to STOMP.

The netizen who was purportedly inside the club at the time, said that he saw a man starting a fight at about 2.50am.

He said that everyone was drinking happily when he saw a guy chanting gang poems, agitating the others around him, and kicking off a fight.

Both groups of people were then thrown out of the club by the bouncer and the police were later called in to handle the situation.

The Singapore Police Force also confirmed that they had received a call for help along Magazine Road at about 3.50am.

They said that the parties involved were “advised accordingly” and that “no further police assistance was required.”
