A video emerged online showing a man crashing his car onto a kerb outside Sengkang General Hospital.

He had allegedly hit a car before turning to the hospital and crashing into the kerb, he was then seen going in and out of his vehicle repeatedly after the accident.
After a while, the driver then alighted (again) from the car and walked away from the scene of the accident.
Allegedly intoxicated
The voice of another man could be heard, seemingly appearing to be talking to someone else (presumably making a police report on the phone).
The man was heard describing the scene that he was witnessing:
