A netizen shared a video online alleging that a man was mistreating and being very aggressive to the group of dogs that he was walking.

i was on the jetty outside marina one degree 15 in sentosa getting ready for a dive and i saw a man and a woman walking a big group of dogs. a few minutes after, i heard a few yelps coming from the left so i looked over and saw the dogs and the man clearly mistreating them. he was trying to get them lined up and sitting nicely for a photo but was being very aggressive while doing so. for a few consecutive minutes, he was lifting the dogs by the neck, pushing their head up by the neck and straining their back, yanking the leash, and hitting them.
over the few minutes, there were multiple different dogs that were crying and yelling in pain- even the bigger dogs. i only got two videos but the videos show how the man is holding the little white dog by the neck and being very aggressive as well as yanking another dog by it’s leash. when he and his coworker walked past, i had my phone out to take a photo and the woman immediately yelled “no photos” and tried to cover her face. the man then yelled and told me to put my phone away to which i responded “im taking photos because you hit the dogs”. he then denied it and kept yelling. i believe this group runs a dog walking company.
as a dog owner, i would be very upset to find someone treating my dog like this so if you know anything about who these people are or believe they were walking your dogs, please share this information to prevent other dogs from being treated like this.
