A video of a caucasian man making a scene at Clarke Quay is circulating on social media. It is not sure what exactly happened. However, according to All Singapore Stuff Facebook page, the caucasian man had allegedly pushed the lady and even slapped her on her head multiple times.

Luckily, the man was stopped by a few passersby and saved the lady from being abuse by the man. The few passersby stayed with the lady until the arrival of the police.
