The police said that a report was lodged against the man, who was then arrested on suspicions of being a public nuisance.

Posts exposing the man’s activities within SMU’s vicinity began circulating on Instagram, as an SMU student said that the man showed up around the week of 19 April and took videos of female students.

The man was purportedly previously jailed for stalking and harassment back in 2019.

SMU said that the school was made aware of the incident, and that they are committed to providing a safe and secure campus environment.
