In a bizarre turn of events in Buriram Province, Thailand, a 37-year-old man named Itthipon was apprehended on May 15 after alarming local residents with his inappropriate requests involving their livestock. The situation escalated when Itthipon approached a 70-year-old cow owner, Mr. Chaisak Khieomram, and expressed his desire to engage in sexual acts with one of the cows.

Mr. Chaisak, understandably taken aback, attempted to dissuade Itthipon from his advances, emphasizing that such behavior was unacceptable. However, the man persisted, even suggesting that if he could not have access to the cow, he would settle for Mr. Chaisak’s dog instead, as reported by the Thai news outlet Khaosod.
Despite being warned off, Itthipon returned later that evening, reiterating his disturbing request. This prompted Mr. Chaisak to alert the village head and local authorities. When police arrived, they discovered Itthipon hiding behind the cow pen, completely unclothed. In a desperate attempt to evade capture, he climbed a tree upon seeing the officers.
In a rather unusual tactic, the police reportedly promised him a cow to coax him down from the tree, which ultimately led to his surrender and subsequent arrest. Initial questioning revealed that Itthipon was incoherent, raising concerns about his mental state.
Authorities found an injection needle among his belongings, which was later identified as one used for HIV treatment. Background checks indicated that Itthipon had a history of drug abuse, leading villagers to speculate that his erratic behavior might be linked to substance use.
