According to a media release, a 50-year-old was arrest for his suspected involvement for leaking classified information to the public on Whatapps. He has released the information on the activities that will resume during phase 2 of reopening.

He was arrested on the 13 Jun 2020 for an offence under the Officials Secret Act.
After investigation, the man was found to be an authorised person who has access to classified information. He then shared the information with the members of the in his private Whatapps group. However, the information was leaked from the group and has been circulated widely.
