MAN ARRESTED FOR STEALING MOTORCYCLE @ TAMPINES

A 20-year-old man was arrested for his suspected involvement in stealing a motorcycle.

The police were alerted on 31 Oct 2020 at 12.20 am by the victim claiming that his motorcycle was stolen. The motorcycle was parked at the carpark of Block 303 Tampines Street 32. It is reported that the victim had accidentally left his keys on his motorcycle.

After investigations, the police managed to establish the identity of the man and arrest him on 03 Nov 2020.

The man is set to be charged in the court on 05 Nov 2020 for theft. If convicted, the man could face a jail term up to 7 years and fine.
