A netizen shared a story about how her husband asked her to sell her body because he was heavily in debt and needed money to pay back his loans, as well and continuing to gamble.
Here is the story:
“I have been married to my husband for 4 years.
Even before we got married, he always had a gambling problem, but it wasn’t so bad at first.
He slowly went from small bets of about $1/$2 to hundreds of dollars per bet.
It got to a point where he took loans from everybody he knew.
He loaned about $10k from his father, then when he lost all the money, he took another loan of about $5k from his mother, lying to her that it was to pay his business loans.
HE DOESN’T EVEN RUN A BUSINESS.
He then lost the entirety of the loan on gambling.
He then went to his friends for loans, taking out a loan of a few thousand here and a loan of a few thousand there.
Same thing, he lost all the money that he loaned from his friends.
Now everyone is avoiding him like the plague.
Recently he had this idea of asking me to sell my body to raise money for him to pay off the money that he loaned.
He even posted my photos on classifieds online promoting me, offering sexual services without my permission.
I forced him to take it down and reminded him that I was his f**king wife.
Our relationship is hopeless and beyond repair and I have already filed for divorce with this good for nothing wastrel.
Have I wasted the best part of my life with the wrong man?”
Editor’s note: I guess you can now say that after all the loans that he gambled away, now he has ended up a-loan.
