I used to last long and now i don’t. Please help
I (M24) used to be able to last longer, 15-20 minutes and control when i want to finish. Now for the past week , when I’m with my wife I literally last a minute or 2.
It’s becoming embarrassing. 4 strokes and I already feel myself about to shoot out. I force myself to hold it in and when I do… my D just goes flat.
This is starting to concern me, I’m not happy that I’m not satisfying my spouse because of this. So far I’ve tried controlling my breathing, changed condom size, went slow with my strokes, pulled out in between and take a little 5 second break.. changed position, NONE of them has helped.
The moment i go back inside , i’m about to shoot out, I hold it in and my D goes flat. It’s embarrassing.
I go to the gym reguarly and I’m in standard shape. I also do sports.
