A man was spotted going around asking people for money, he has been spotted at Seng Kang and Toa Payoh. Have hand and leg don’t want work.
1st Witness:
“Do not help this man who goes around asking for $4 claiming he lost his wallet at Sengkang”
“I followed him for a bit and he has a stack of $2 notes in his pocket. He goes around asking non stop.”
“In just less than 5 minutes, I have seen 3 giving him $4 out of 5 he asked.
I couldn’t take it and confronted him and he walked off but remained in the area.”
Update: I told him he is featured on Facebook and showed him the 50 shares then and he ran off. So, this actually works.
2nd Witness:
” I very often saw him at TOA PAYOH CENTRAL either MC DONAL or BK the same motif bagging for $ 2, when he approached me I told him , u have a mobile phone why u not call your family? He brushed me LOL “
