MAN BETRAYS FRIEND OF 10 YEARS OVER $300, FRIENDSHIP IS NOTHING

I had a friend I trusted with everything. We had been through thick and thin together and I thought nothing could break our friendship.

Recently, however, he betrayed me in a way I never thought possible – he stole $300 from me.

I had been busy with work and other commitments, so I hadn’t seen my friend for a few weeks. He asked me to come over and watch a movie, so I agreed. We watched the movie and then he asked me for $300 to pay for an emergency. I had been saving up for a new laptop and he knew about it, so I hesitated for a moment. He was my friend and I trusted him, so I decided to lend him the money.

Little did I know, he had no intention of paying me back. I asked him for the money several times, but he always had an excuse or told me he would pay me back soon. I even offered to let him pay me back in installments, but he still refused.

I was so frustrated and angry that I finally decided to confront him about the money. He said he was sorry and promised to pay me back, but I knew it was too late. I asked him why he had done this and he said he needed the money and thought I wouldn’t miss it.

My heart broke and I felt so betrayed. I had trusted him with my money and he had taken advantage of me. I thought our friendship was strong enough that he wouldn’t do something like this, but I was wrong.

I was so hurt and angry that I ended our friendship. I realized that money was more important to him than our friendship and I didn’t want to be friends with someone who would do that.

The experience taught me that money is more important to some people than friendship.

People will do anything to get money and they don’t care who they hurt in the process. It’s sad, but it’s a harsh reality.

I still feel betrayed by my friend and I don’t think I will ever trust anyone like I did him. I have also learned to be more careful with my money and who I lend it to.

Friendship is about trust and loyalty, and my friend of 10 years betrayed me. Now, I know that friendship can’t always be relied on, and it is not worth risking your money. Friendship is important, but money is more important.
