Facebook user Ryan Teo shared how he bought a Microsoft Bluetooth Ergonomic Mouse via Challenger for $79, and the mouse then spoiled after just 2 months.
He shared that he couldn’t find any local contact for the warranty and only managed to contact the North American branch, who were not able to give him any information about the local support.
He said that they told that they would register his case to the relevant people in Singapore, but has not received a response after three weeks.
Here is what he said
Has anyone successfully claimed warranty on Microsoft accessories before?
Bought a Microsoft Bluetooth Ergonomic Mouse($79) which spoilt after just 2 months.
Couldn’t find any local contact, but managed to get in touch with the North America branch. They were not able to give me any info for the local support, but said they would register my case and forward it to the relevant people in Singapore.
It’s been 3 weeks, and i have not received any response even after a reminder email i sent.
Bought it from Challenger which said they are just a retailer and do not cover warranty for this product.
