Facebook user Tom Sellick shared how he was at Marina South Pier MRT Station on 30 April at about 5.55pm in the evening.
He bought a cup of squeezed orange juice from the Ijooz vending machine and only received a few droplets of orange juice inside the cup.
He lamented how he wasted a small amount of money, and complained about the poor after sales service of the company the manages the vending machine, calling it a “bluff”.
Sellick said that he tried reaching out to the company and called the number on their vending machine but there was purportedly no answer.
He also added how he had sent an email to them but received no reply since Sunday last week.
Here is what he said
Incident at Marina South Pier MRT Station 30/4/2023 @5.55pm – Only droplet of Orange Juice came out (See photo).
Small money wasted, but the after-sales service of the Orange Juice Dispenser Company a bluff ( you can try calling that nos. shown)
Phone nos. provided nobody answers and e-mail address also no one reply since last Sunday. Its a shame – Just Imagine tourists visiting Singapore and to our offshore islands will think and the bad impression created?

- I try before.. cannot reach them, call ,email. I scan to pay but nothg came out.
- I try before then while looking at the process I saw one full mouldy orange row down ….
- just stop using all the vending machines because to many problems the service man never do there job. they should come to do servicing every 2 or 3 days to topup or clean up the vending machines.
- I had a similar problem also, I paid $2 for a cup of orange juice at the Ijooz machine and only received about 1/3 of juice inside the cup, I called the hotline also but no one answered or picked up despite calling 5 times.
