MAN BUYS FOOD FOR HUNGRY ELDERLY MAN WHO CANNOT AFFORD TO EAT

Must Read

Activist Gilbert Goh, who is also the founder of “Do something good for Singapore”, a charity movement to help out elderly Singaporeans, shared an incident on his Facebook.

He saw an elderly man looking at some food stalls for a long while without buying anything.

Finding it hard to witness, he bought the elderly man some food.

Here is the story in full

Bought this elderly man some food as he sat there looking at the stalls for a long while but without buying anything.

It’s always a difficult spectacle to witness as we tuck in our favourite food at the coffee shop whereas someone is just looking at the food from a corner without purchasing anything.

Too often, we rush through our meals oblivious to someone who could be in need of our assistance and missing out on the chance to help a needy person.

Do something good

The next time you see a elderly person just walking round the food stalls or sitting still without buying anything at a coffeeshop, why not take the chance to bless him?

It will mean the world for him and for us it’s just $3.50…
