I had always been the kind of guy to fly under the radar. I was content with my life and the way it was, but then something changed.
I wanted to be somebody, somebody important. I wanted to be seen, and I wanted to be envied. So, I decided to make a move.
I had been saving up for a while and finally, I had enough money to buy a gold chain. Not just any gold chain, but a thick, gold chain that I had seen at a jewelry store.
It cost me $15,000 and I knew that it was a statement piece and I was ready to make a statement.
I had some ‘beng’ friends that I would hang out with every now and then, and I thought that showing them my new chain would be the perfect way to show them how big of a deal I was.
I was sure that they would be impressed.
So one day, I got all dressed up, put on my new gold chain, and went to meet my friends. When they saw me, they were definitely impressed.
They had never seen me looking so flashy and ‘beng’ before. I could tell they were feeling a little bit intimidated, and that was exactly the reaction I was hoping for.
We went out to a club that night and I had the time of my life. Everywhere I went, people were looking at me with admiration and respect especially all the ‘xiao bengs’.
I felt like a king, and I wanted to show everyone how big of a deal I was. I made sure to show off my gold chain every chance I got. It was like I was wearing a badge of honor.
As the night went on, I noticed that the people around me were starting to treat me differently. People were talking to me like I had some kind of power or influence.
I felt like I was part of something bigger than myself, and it was a really cool feeling.
As the weeks went by, I noticed that I was getting more attention, and people were starting to recognize me. Everywhere I went, people knew who I was and what I represented.
It was something I had never experienced before, and I was loving it.
The gold chain had really become a symbol of my status and power. I had gone from nobody to somebody, and it was all thanks to my thick gold chain.
I was now a big deal, and I was loving every minute of it.
