Called M1 hotline 1627 almost 1 hour,nobody attend the call,
want ask them simple billing matters,and thought coming down to their shop,easy lah,take queue no,they attend to us,simple as it is.
but what the hell they ask u to go 1 corner using the phone provided by them,to call their customer service,worst…waited again almost 30mins,nobody answer the called.
I wonder,who the hell is this people in their management? do they actually know what really happened on ground and their customer service?
So literally their staff are just to sell phones/plans and not customer service oriented when comes to billing matters?
So M1 really want their customer buy their products,gain profit first then,dont care on their customer having issue with billing matters which,literally not customer fault?
