When people pin their hopes on children hoping that by pouring their heart and soul into bringing up a success story because they themself isnt one, dont do it. It is irresponsible and in the name of being a parent you expect this and that from your child just because you can.
It is so disgusting and because your child is earning more than you are capable of you, you expect him/her to be provide you whatever is on your wishlist. Dont try to say you are easily contented in front of others when you secretly wish for more.. Only have children if you can live on your own means and not hoping your child will satisfy your needs later on in life.
The reason why our generation is not having children is not just because of the high cost of living also the real intention behind having a child.
Idk if you are having a child because you genuinely are able to provide and want happiness for your child or you are just hoping for a success story that you couldnt achieve on your part. Thanks for hearing the rant.
Review:
While some people may have children with the intention of providing them with a happy and fulfilling life, others may have ulterior motives, such as hoping to live vicariously through their children’s success.
Expecting a child to fulfill one’s unmet desires or financial needs is not only irresponsible but can also be detrimental to the child’s well-being. Children should be raised with love, support, and guidance, rather than being burdened with the expectations and unfulfilled dreams of their parents.
Moreover, the high cost of living and the pressure to succeed can make the decision to have children even more challenging. It is crucial to consider the financial and emotional resources required to raise a child and ensure that they are in place before making this decision.
Ultimately, the decision to have children should be based on a genuine desire to provide them with a happy and fulfilling life, rather than on the expectation of achieving personal success or fulfillment through them. By doing so, we can help create a positive and supportive environment for our children to thrive and succeed in their own right.
