Facebook user Francis Lew shared how he booked a taxi via the Comfort DelGro taxi app and paid with PayLah, and his money was allegedly deducted.
He said that another taxi arrived and he then cancelled his booking, but his money was allegedly not refunded to him.
Here is what he said
Pls be careful when you book ComfortDelGro Taxi with PayLah! I booked a comfort taxi and the amount was deducted from my paylah account before the taxi arrives.
While waiting, another comfort taxi arrives so I cancel the booking and board the one in front of me.
Eventually, the amount was not refunded back to me for the cancellation and after tons of emails and phone calls, they insisted there was no deduction.
Keep asking me to send proof which I did but after I sent all the evidence, they totally don’t reply me at all except for the automated replies.
It started on the 16th Sept and up till now, it’s still not resolve and no one get back to me after I sent all the evidence.
I think my money is gone with the wind as there’s no way for me to get my money back if they keep denying. Hope everyone will learn from my lesson.
