A netizen, @zupernovae88, shared online about how his ordered parcel was not delivered and he can’t get a refund.

Getting a refund from Lazada for an item that was never delivered… Seems impossible.
Long story short: Ninjavan says the item was delivered, it’s logged as being delivered on the Lazada app, but I’ve received nothing.
The courier photo uploaded on Lazada was a blurred pic of some package. Can’t even see the details of the photo or whether it was handed over to anyone.
I’ve gone through the process of getting in touch with their CS via chat (sent me an email with instructions containing screenshots that look different from what’s on the app in my phone; somehow there’s no option for an item that didn’t get delivered) and calling Lazada’s hotline results in being put in hold indefinitely.
Shoutout to Lazada for having the worst customer service standards ever.
Anyone had a similar experience? How was it resolved?
- Can consider raising a chargeback w the card issuer u paid with since u alr went thru lazada cs. This will be a tedious and long process tho.
- had similar issues too. was too of a hassle and gave up.
- had the same experience with shopee before, if the item is relatively high value (mine was $300-$400), can tell CS you will make police report against courier if parcel does not show up. thats what i did and my item mysteriously turned up the next day. courier service even sent down a rep to ask if my house has cctv so they can identify the driver.
