MAN CAN’T SLEEP, NEIGHBOR’S 2 DOGS BARK AT EACH OTHER FROM MIDNIGHT TO MORNING

Facebook user Leon Lee shared how he has had enough of his neighbour’s two dogs barking at each other from midnight to the morning.

He said that as a result, he “can’t even have a proper sleep”, and added that the dogs can “bark on midnight, 4-5am in the morning. Afternoon and evening.”

Enough is enough. I do complain this to town council but no use. I even called police don’t be bother to come.

Can’t even have a proper sleep. Can bark on midnight, 4-5am in the morning. Afternoon and evening. The owner don’t seen to care.

1 dog bark is enough to keep me awake but 2 dogs barking at each other which that unit own 2 dogs is a nightmare.

I really need help to solve this problem.

1. Pls contact spca is not ok for the dogs to be barking like that…. I can feel the frustration even as a dog owner myself including all neighbours with young children n elderly whom are sensitive to noise …
2. Should call SPCA. Most likely the dogs were left alone. Nobody in the house.
3. Do you know which unit did the barking come from? May help the authorities to act on it faster.
4. You call HDB hotline to complain. Then a hdb officer will call you back
5. Email to HDB.. SPCA and AVA …. They will investigate but need to identify which unit
