Staff Sergeant Low Wee Meng and Second Sergeant Rachel Zhuang arrived at the scene.

Chong denied being the driver of the car and told the police that they had no evidence, he also tried to take back his IC from eh officers because he didn’t want them to record his personal particulars and investigate him for drink driving.

A breathalyser test was then administered a few times on Chong by Staff Sergeant Low because the former did not blow into the device properly.

Chong then failed the test and was arrested and brought back to the police station.

He then asked Staff Sergeant Low “can we compromise”, to which the officer told him that there are cameras everywhere and there is no way he could get out of it.
