A video of a man abusing cats at a HDB carpark is circulating on social media.

From the video, the man was seen raising his feet at the stray cats trying to scare them. He was later seen kicking the cat and the cat was heard growling loudly at the man. After the cats move away from him, he was seen chasing after them.
The man should just leave the cats alone and his behaviour is not unacceptable.
According to the law, anyone convicted of animal abuse could be jailed up to 2 years, fined up to $15,000 or both.
